- Built in 1904.
- Between 1910 and 1968 it was the homestead of 3 families.
- In 1968 the homestead underwent its first conversion and became the Blue Poodle Hotela.
- In 1984 the Blue Poodle Hotela was sold and (second conversion) became the O'Connor's Guest House Bed and Breakfast.
- In 1996 the O'Connor's Guest House was sold, underwent major uncoversions (to restore some of the charm of old) and became the LIGHTHOUSE INN.
